Shipping policy

Free delivery
Delivery is free on all orders to the UK, the EU (France, Italy, Portugal and Spain), the US and Canada. We don't currently ship to other countries.

Printing time
Every item is printed on demand, just for you. Your order is usually printed and packed within 2–5 working days, then shipped.

Delivery times
Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes:
UK: 3–4 working days
EU: 4–8 working days
US: 5–10 working days
Canada: 5–12 working days

These are estimates, and busy periods such as holidays can add a few days. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels, as some products are printed at different locations.

Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Where your order is made
We work with trusted print partners in the UK, Europe and North America. Wherever possible, your order is printed in your own country or region, and orders printed and delivered within the same country have no customs duties. Occasionally an item is only available from a print facility in another country. If any import duties or taxes apply in that case, they're the responsibility of the recipient.

Address problems
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@swagabwoy.com as soon as possible. We can only change an address before your order goes into printing. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange sending it again, and a re-delivery charge may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@swagabwoy.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. See our Refund policy for full details.
