Don't Fall for the First Story: Why "Adam Got Played"
Eve didn't just fall. She made a move. Why we think Adam got played, and the collection that brings the story to the street.
For generations, we've accepted the story of the forbidden fruit exactly as it's been passed down: Eve succumbs to temptation, offers it to Adam, and both fall from grace into exile.
It's neat. It's simple. But it leaves out the human reality of power, fear and instinct.
What happens if you look closer at the raw dynamics of that exact moment?

Calculated moves, not simple mistakes.
Consider the possibility of agency and influence. Was it simply passive temptation, or did Eve, facing the sudden, crushing weight of what she had done, orchestrate Adam's fall to ensure she wasn't left behind?
By pulling him into the bite, she ensured they shared the consequence. She wouldn't face divine wrath alone. In that light, the bite wasn't born out of simple weakness; it was a calculated move for survival. It was about shared burden, leverage, and the sharp edge of relationship influence.
The story wasn't an accident. Adam didn't stand a chance.

The narrative flips.
Our Adam Got Played collection brings this exact conversation to the street. Every heavyweight cut and subversive graphic challenges the sanitised story we were told to take at face value.
Think the story is fixed? Look closer.
Why this story
It's the oldest story there is, and it's still one of the most relatable. Temptation. Trust. Someone smiling at you while they're working an angle. Everyone has been Adam at least once. Some of us have been Eve.
We wanted a collection that tells that story with a wink: bold enough to start a conversation, sharp enough to make people look twice.
Four editions, one story
Adam Got Played comes in four editions, each telling the story in its own style:
- Gothic Edition: vintage, tattoo-flash artwork. Serpents, roses, crests and relics. Dark, detailed and old-school.
- Street Edition: comic-style character art. Loud colour, pulp-comic energy, made for the streets.
- Cartoon Edition: meme-style, cartoon takes on the story. Glowing apples, heavenly warnings nobody read, and the group chat that knew first.
- Core Edition: typography only. No characters, just the name. Clean, simple, and easy to wear every day.
